Cook’s Club Ialysos Rhodes will be the brand’s first new-build property in Greece.
The adults-only, 83-room hotel will offer double rooms, bungalows, private pool suites and suites with Jacuzzis and private roof gardens.
It will also feature The Cantina restaurant and Captain Cook Bar. Cantina will serve curated, street-food flavours, from Asian to family-style Greek, until late at night.
The Captain Cook Bar will feature views of the pool area, the hotel’s social hub, catwalk and dance floor. It will serve a selection of cocktails curated by Cook’s Club’s own Berlin-based mixologist.
Owner of the Cook’s Club Ialysos Rhodes, Christos Michalakis, said the hotel is about "meeting like-minded people, sharing experiences and celebrating the moment".
"We are delighted to announce the opening of a brand-new Cook’s Club in the popular island of Rhodes," he added.
"As a new build, we had the unique opportunity to bring our ideas and concepts into every aspect of the project, from design to operations."
To mark the opening, rooms at the resort will start at €75 per night for two guests, including breakfast.
