The name was formally incorporated and registered with Companies House on Wednesday (10 November).
Tom Stoddart, managing director of BA CityFlyer, is named as one of two BA Euroflyer directors, along with accountant Andrew Quigley.
It comes after BA came to an agreement with the Unite union with regards to cabin crew and ground staff.
BA’s pilots backed proposals for a low-cost short-haul operation at Gatwick last month.
BA ceased operations at Gatwick during the early stages of the pandemic.
The airline has repeatedly insisted it would only be able to return to Gatwick if it could reduce the cost structure of such an operation to compete with Gatwick-based easyJet and other low-cost carriers.
Sean Doyle, BA chair and chief executive, firmed up the plans in an internal note issued to staff last week.
"Our plans for a new BA branded subsidiary to fly short-haul at Gatwick are progressing well, and while we still have some further negotiations to sort, it looks likely that we will be up and running to fly the summer schedule," said Doyle in a statement provided to TTG by BA.
