The Freedom Travel Group member has recruited Mark Godden as product development manager and Chris Postle as web product manager.

Godden will be responsible for expanding Cruise Circle’s product range, with plans already in motion to combine cruising with rail journeys, escorted touring “and more”.

Cruise Circle is Freedom’s largest specialist cruise agency by turnover. Founded in 2005, it is now run by husband and wife team Jason Daniels and Danielle Nemeth, who have been with the business since its formation and took control of it in 2009.

He joins from Norwegian Cruise Line where he held the position of Business Development Manager for the last three years. He will be responsible for developing ‘new and unique’ cruise holidays, increasing the breadth of product promoted by Cruise Circle and introducing new routes to market.

He said: “The team at Cruise Circle have a great drive, creativity and enthusiasm and I’m thrilled to now be part of that. I’m looking forward to contributing to the company’s future success, making them an even bigger part of the UK cruise market.”

Postle joins from CWT Digital and will help reshape the Cruise Circle website. “We have great plans for future enhancements and capabilities for the website and I’m excited to be able to accelerate that process of change,” he said.

Cruise Circle managing director Jason Daniels said he was keen to hear from potential recruits.
