The event will be held over three days, starting 25 April, at the Ikos Andalusia on the Costa del Sol.
The Lancashire agency has recruited a further 20 homeworkers since June, and appointed two new senior managers to support existing team members and new starters.
"After nine long months of dealing with Covid, this is such a bright light on the horizon," said Matthews.
"We have committed to flights and, all things being equal, we will be packing our cases and venturing off to experience all things Ikos.
