The daily route – set to commence on 9 February – will become the airline’s first link to the Northern Irish airport from its English south-coast hub.
The service will operate on a low-carbon emission 72-seat ATR aircraft, with fares starting from £59.99pp one way including a hold bag, operating year-round.
The addition comes following the carrier’s recent launch of a new Humberside-Denmark route and the expansion of its Gatwick-Newquay service.
Roger Hage, commercial director for Eastern Airways, said: "The recent reduction in operator capacity and choice from Belfast airports and a growing network and ambition of Belfast International airport offers an opportunity to meet the burgeoning demand for connecting the two nations, especially with such strong onward connectivity."
