New Focus Travel Partnership member Traveltrust has said it hopes the new partnership will allow it to "optimise" its profit margins by taking advantage of the consortium’s "bespoke supplier agreements".
Focus on Thursday (12 November) confirmed the new partnership with Traveltrust, a business-focused TMC working across a wide range of sectors including finance, consulting, healthcare, technology and law.
The London-based firm also operates a leisure travel agency, and has satellite offices in Dublin, California, Florida and Hong Kong.
Traveltrust managing director Noah Meyerson said: "We feel being part of Focus will not only allow us to offer market-leading travel management solutions to our clients, but will enable us to optimise our profit margins by accessing Focus’ bespoke supplier agreements.
"In addition, we hope to bring our unique, international perspective to the benefit of all members of the partnership.”
Focus chief executive Abby Penston said Traveltrust would be an "excellent addition", bringing a "global reach and progressive outlook" reflective of the partnership’s own vision.
As our industry recovers, it has never been more important for the independent sector to work together, share excellent business practice and collaborate on innovation and provide a strong, united front to build consumer confidence," said Penston.
