Global Travel Group has updated the software and tools available to its members at an exclusive rate thanks to a new partnership with travel technology company Net Effect.
Members will have the option to subscribe to products designed to streamline marketing and customer relations efficiencies and drive sales, with full training and support available.
Available products include the Promote Marketing Suite, which delivers live operator offers; Tripquote, for building professionally branded quotes; Integrated CRM Marketing to manage customer communications and produce email offers in real time; and Reviews, which will display Google and Facebook reviews on members’ websites.
Global commercial director Cherie Richards said: “This new partnership has been developed in response to the needs and feedback of our member agents.
