The day featured several 45-minute "deep dive" educational sessions with the likes of Tourism Western Australia, Emirates, Visit Ras Al Khaimah, Sun Siyam Resorts, Qatar Airways, Walt Disney World Resort and British Airways, complete with a Q&A.
Karen Fletcher, Gold Medal trade partnerships director, said: "Access All Areas is the perfect platform for our agents to build relationships with suppliers and each other.
"Providing educational sessions in a comfortable and relaxed environment always receives strong engagement, and the feedback from our attendees has been really positive."
Fletcher added the event was an opportunity for the trade-only operator’s team to share first-hand knowledge "that can’t be found just from brochures or online".
"The day also allowed agents to meet our sales and operations teams, people who they may speak to daily but have never met in person – again advancing relationships to create more successful partnerships," said Fletcher.
