The Hays Travel group has appointed Vicky Billing as its new head of cruise.
She starts in the new role on March 6 when she joins from Royal Caribbean where she was strategic account manager.
Hays Travel managing director John Hays said: “I’m delighted to welcome Vicky to the team.
“She brings with her a wealth of experience in the cruise market and I’m looking forward to her helping to develop our cruise sales further.”
Billing added: “I am delighted to be joining as head of cruise for the Hays Travel Group.
“The opportunity for growth within the cruise sector is undeniable and having worked closely with Hays Travel over my 18 years in the travel industry I am very excited to be taking Hays Travel on this journey.
“Over the years I have built a wealth of knowledge and developed strong relationships within the industry and I am very much looking forward to developing these further with all cruise lines.”
Billing started her career at Thomas Cook before moving to MSC then joining Royal Caribbean.

Hays Travel is the UK’s largest independent travel agency with 140 retail shops and sales of more than £800 million.
