The UK’s largest independent has been ranked 52nd out of the 850 businesses in Europe surveyed in the latest survey, which assesses employees’ perceptions of their employer’s openness to, and efforts to promote, diversity of gender, age, race and ethnicity, disability and sexual orientation.
It places Hays among the top 6% in Europe according to the research carried out by Statista, which considered the views of more than 100,000 employees across the continent.
