Smith will retain her role as ITC’s chief operating officer and will take on full responsibility for Inspiring Travel, the largest business within the ITC portfolio.
Smith has previously held roles as managing director UK of key travel and global customer experience director for Dnata, along with operations director roles with Gold Medal, Travel2 and Thomas Cook.
"This is a really exciting time for Inspiring Travel," Smith said. "The business has a very loyal customer base, curates and delivers beautiful products and experiences, and has very talented and caring people at the heart of all we do.
