Details of next year’s ITT overseas conference will be unveiled next month, with the Institute promising “a first” for the UK industry.
ITT chairman Steven Freudmann said the 2019 event would be held in a “European beach destination that has never been used before by a UK travel association”.
Full details will be revealed on October 18 at the annual ITT@The Dorchester Dinner, ITT’s flagship UK event, held in the prestigious London hotel.
This year, Thomas Cook’s chief of product and operations Chris Mottershead will be honoured as an Odyssey Award winner during the dinner, and entertainment in the evening will come from magician and mentalist Ramana, a winner of TV’s The Next Uri Geller.
ITT members and non-members will be able to watch him perform a range of amazing tricks and treats including close-up magic, mentalism and illusions.
The institute is also planning for World Travel Market London 2018 at ExCel and will again welcome members to ITT’s lounge for the duration of the event. The lounge can be found in South Gallery rooms 25 and 26, offering an area of quiet during the hustle and bustle of WTM, as well as a location for networking and meetings.
WTM London offers ITT members a complimentary pass for all three days of the show. Visit www.itt.co.uk for more information.
