All flights and holidays to the two Greek islands departing up to and including 31 October have been cancelled.
It comes after Greece’s travel corridor was modified earlier this week, halting quarantine-free travel to seven Greek islands – including Crete and Zante.
Jet2 confirmed the move in a message to trade partners on Thursday afternoon (10 September).
"Jet2holidays have taken the decision to extend the suspension of our flights and holidays programme to Crete and Zante due to the continued Covid-19 pandemic," said the airline and operator.
"All holidays departing up to and including 31 October 2020 will automatically be cancelled with a full refund.
"Customers in these destinations can continue to enjoy their holidays and we will be in touch regarding flights back to the UK."
