A Greater Manchester travel agency, which had been in business for 40 years, has ceased trading.
Omega Travel (Hale) Ltd operated a high street shop in the village of Hale, but ceased trading on Friday (25 September).
The agency, which was set up in 1980, was an Abta member and also sold flights through its Iata licence.
“The majority of holidays sold by Omega Travel (Hale) Ltd were sold as an agent for other tour operators,” said Abta in a statement. “Omega Travel (Hale) Ltd also sold a small number of scheduled airline tickets under its Iata licence.”
