MSC Cruises has suspended cruises fleet-wide until the end of April.
Ships currently still at sea will conclude their current itinerary to return guests to disembarkation ports, then halt operations.
New cruise embarkations are scheduled to resume from 30 April.
MSC Cruises UK and Ireland is offering affected guests a future cruise credit for 100% of cruise fare paid, in addition to either a 25% future cruise credit for cruises departing the US or onboard credit based on the length of the cruise for all other voyages.
For any affected sailings due to take place before 30 April, travel agents or direct customers who have not yet been contacted, will receive a communication in the coming days.
The line said it was dealing with “immediate sailings” first.
