Flight consolidator Lime, which supplies agents with discounted British Airways tickets, has launched a new incentive programme aimed at the UK travel trade.
The new scheme, Kudos will compliment and enhance Lime’s existing Grandi scheme. Kudos is a reservation level incentive programme, with a different focus each month that may include sales in a particular region, a trade period or a fare type.
The scheme rewards individuals and their colleagues, with team prizes that aim to treat as many staff as possible in the winning company.
Grandi rewards companies who hold an account with Lime, offering an uncapped payback-per-ticket model to customers. The tiered reward system allows companies to project their forward sales and anticipate what tier they will fall into at the end of the year.
Lime managing director Michael Edwards said: “Kudos builds on the long-term rewards we already offered with Grandi, so that our customers and their individual employees both get perks for booking flights as they usually would.
"We hope this will not only reward them for their loyalty, but also help them to grow their businesses too.”
