Wood will drive the development of Blue Bay’s systems and technology as the company also looks to grow its direct-to-consumer business.
 
Wood rejoined the company on 30 May, having previously worked for the business as a web developer from July 2019 to February 2021.

Reporting into software development manager Alex Bowers, Wood will be responsible for training the team of six developers and creating development projects.
 
Before rejoining Blue Bay, Wood spent 16 months working for online learning solutions provider Growth Engineering Ltd.

I’m fortunate in that I have an established working relationship with many of Blue Bay’s developers already, thanks to my time as web developer for the business, and I’m impressed to see how the team has grown and acquired new skills during the time I was away – despite the challenges that Covid brought."
