The new hotel will offer Nobu’s "gastronomic offering" directly to guests’ rooms and will also feature a rooftop bar and pool, event space, fitness and health centre, along with 15,000 square metres of Nobu Residences.
Nobu Hospitality currently spans across five continents and its first South American property will open in the Wall Street district of Sao Paulo.
The residences will be the luxury chain’s second following the success of Nobu Residences Toronto.
