Webster, who joined Tui in January 2020 without any prior experience in the travel sector, was commended for having “a drive and passion that is hard to match”.

According to regional sales manager Ben Touceda, Webster – who works at Tui’s King’s Lynn branch – “really understands” Tui’s strategy, balancing business needs alongside her customer-centric beliefs.

“She wants to be the best at what she does and will go over and beyond every time to make sure she delivers whatever is required of her,” Touceda added. “She is a dream to work with and I am very proud to have her working within my region.”

Commenting on the accolade, Webster said she was extremely grateful to Tui for seeing her potential and how hard she has worked despite being in the company for only three years.

“I still cannot believe I have won,” she said. “It just feels very surreal and amazing all in one.”
