The excursion and experience specialist told TTG on Wednesday (19 July) it was recruiting for a product manager and a marketing manager position as well as for a sales and operations supervisor and a business development manager.
“To ensure we continue to provide the best proposition and support to our partners, whilst investing further in the business, we now need to scale up the team,” said chief executive Carole Savage.
“We would like to think that these positions will be attractive to those already working in the travel industry who are keen to work as part of a small but hard working team that has big plans.”
Established by Savage in 2019, NITGB has grown a network of up to 8,000 agents, working with the likes of Travel Counsellors, Hays Travel and Advantage, and called on agent partners to invest in the business earlier this year.
“We’re now ready to take the business to the next level, providing more experiences, launching new and exciting itineraries, making it easier to find and book what you are looking for with more inspirational content that you can access and share easily to help you grow your business,” Savage said in mid-May to promote NITGB’s second crowdfunding campaign.
During its first fundraising round, the company raised £300,000 with the help of investors such as E-100 Angels, the private angel investment club of the London Business School, as well as start-up ranking agency Capital Pilots.
