Panache Cruises is looking to grow its team by a further 30% over the coming months as part of a fresh recruitment drive.
James Cole, founder and managing director of Panache Cruises, said the Chorley-based business has "grown significantly" since it launched in July 2020, and will be quadrupling the size of its office premises to accommodate its growing team.
With further expansion planned, Cole said the business has recently invested in strengthening its sales team remuneration proposition to ensure it can attract and retain "high-calibre" recruits, offering up to £30k basic with £60k OTE after three years.
As part of a new package of benefits, private health care has been made available to all Panache Cruises employees, along with an enhanced pension offering.
Flexible working hours also play a major part of the company’s offering, giving team members the opportunity to work remotely, even overseas, making it possible to build their work lives around their chosen lifestyle.
"As I predicted at the time I launched Panache Cruises, in the midst of the pandemic, the market for luxury and ultra-luxury cruise has returned with a vengeance," Cole added.
"So much so that we are continually looking to grow our team and capitalise on the buoyant market conditions we are experiencing and the growth that is predicted longer-term."
