The operator, which specialises in escorted tours, river cruising, city breaks and solo holidays, beat Inntravel, Premier Inn, Regent Seven Seas and Trailfinders for the title.

The awards were hosted by Which? chief executive Peter Vicary-Smith and TV presenter Natasha Kaplinsky.
