Independent travel agency Toucan Travel – which ran seven shops in the south of England – has ceased trading.
The Advantage member operated branches in locations across Hampshire and Berkshire and was founded in 1982.
Abta confirmed Toucan, which also traded under the names Magical Tickets, Hart Travel, Winchester Travel Service and Peregrine Travel, had ceased trading on Tuesday (20 October).
The travel association said “the majority of holidays” sold by Toucan were sold as an agent for other operators.
It added Toucan sold “a small number of attraction tickets and accommodation-only sales”, which are protected by Abta.
