Mills joins the operator’s sales and business development team, with responsibility for central and eastern England.
She brings nine years experience in travel after starting her career as a Tui travel advisor in 2009.
In 2014, she was appointed assistant manager and retail manager in 2016 before moving to Super Break.
Mills will report to national sales manager Gary Gillespie.
Her responsibilities will include building and maintaining agent relations on her patch by providing product information and training, and working with them to identify sales growth opportunities.
