Vamoos adds Flight-hub with Live Alerts feature

Vamoos tour operators will be able to add clients’ flights to the app and offer information such as schedule changes.

Flight-hub with Live Alerts covers information on all carriers globally and enables operators to add both domestic and international flights to itineraries.

 

Operators that have added flight codes and dates to itineraries will be given alerts both 24 and then three hours before the flight, which will detail any changes to the service. Additional features include gate announcements and baggage reclaim details at selected airports.

 

Vamoos director and founder, Tony Bean, said: "As we now work with most of the luxury tailor-made operators, it was important to include the option to add multiple flights from multiple carriers, as clients want all their information in one place. Our tour operators’ clients are used to the best, and we wanted to give them that.

 

“We realised in a connected world we could deliver real-time live status for flights more completely than the national carriers because we could aggregate all of the clients’ flight information together and then keep travellers updated with notifications directly to their device."
