Debbie Norton raised a glass of bubbly at the operator’s new Dorking headquarters last week to mark the milestone with colleagues new and old.
Norton joined the firm as a telex operator in the 1970s.
She helped out across the company before joining the tailor-made sales team and later moving into Kuoni’s special services department.
These days, she is part of the retail and sales recruitment and training team.
Taking to Twitter to thank Debbie, Kuoni chief executive Derek Jones said: “Thanks Debbie, for your loyalty, passion and hard work – you’re a star.”
