The move comes amid a management restructure by the brand, which also sees the return of Ian Buckeridge as commercial director.
Louisa Maynard has been promoted to reservations team leader and the company’s founder, Robin Maclear, will take on the role of chair.
"Having safely steered the company through the global pandemic, now is the time for The Cruise Line to strengthen the team and focus on growth as we look to 2023 and beyond” said Maclear.
"This month marks The Cruise Line’s 30th Anniversary and I am very grateful to all the excellent people I have worked with over the years."
