The homeworking giant on Thursday (13 July) reported both group sales (£76.6 million) and leisure sales (£54.9 million) were up on last year by 14.5% and 15.1% respectively, while corporate sales increased by 13.2% to £21.7 million.
Friday 30 June was the most successful day of the month, with Travel Counsellors’ agents making more than £4.3 million in overall sales. Some 64 agents also reported their best sales months ever, with four exceeding £300,000 in bookings and one tipping £500,000.

It comes after Travel Counsellors recently unveiled a rebrand to mark its 30th anniversary. The company said that following extensive market research, it had chosen a new cherry-coloured logo to symbolise new beginnings.
