Eighteen branches in England will reopen on Monday (6 July), followed by another eight in Wales and Scotland on Thursday (9 July).
Social distancing will be enforced with floor markings, and staff will be stationed behind screens.
"[We] can now confirm we’re opening a selection of Tui Stores from 6 July," the operator confirmed on Friday (3 July) in a message to customers.
