The Warrington-based operator ceased trading on 31 October. It held an Atol licence for 1,020 passengers.
Daniel Landen, PTS chief executive, said: “Protected Trust Services are aware that Florida Direct Ltd ceased trading.
“Consumer protection is of paramount importance to PTS. If customers believe they may be affected, they are urged to reach out to us.
