Bentubo will lead on all end-to-end operations including marine and technical functions.
She joined Virgin Voyages as a founding member of the team in 2016 as VP of technology and operations, but in her 30-year career in travel and operations has held senior roles at Bank of America, Walt Disney World and Disney Cruise Line.
Bentubo’s career at Virgin Voyages has seen her also take on leadership of customer services, terminal operations and people and culture. She leads Virgin Voyages’ Scarlet Squad, the program that recruits, supports and mentors female talent across operations to prepare them for future leadership roles.
