The Charitable Travel Fund will be administered through registered charity The Charitable Travel Foundation, and will see funds raised through close engagement with the travel industry and donations from the travelling public.

Its founding trustees are Chris Lee (chair), Melissa Tilling, Sue Papworth, Debbie Haw, Sarah Loftus and Steve Thompson.
