Penn joins the operator with more than 35 years' experience in the travel industry, having previously held roles at Tui before moving to Bedsonline, where she worked as Account Director. In that position, she led the commercial strategy for a portfolio of major accounts.
In her new role, Penn will be responsible for supporting and developing relationships with travel agents across the Birmingham and South regions.

"With her extensive experience and passion for the industry, she'll play an important role in strengthening our agent partnerships in Birmingham and the South."
The appointment follows the news that easyJet had agreed a £5.7 billion takeover proposal with US investor Apollo – though agents can "rest assured" that easyJet holidays will remain part of the package.
