In our exclusive, first-of-its-kind survey, we’re asking those who identify as a woman to tell us (anonymously) about their experiences of working in travel.
Do you feel safe while on trips abroad or at work events? Has taking maternity/adoption leave stalled your career? Do you feel you are as equally paid as your male colleagues?
And what about female health issues – have painful periods ever impacted your ability to work? Or the menopause? Or other female-related health issues?
TTG wants to build a comprehensive picture of the challenges – and successes – faced by women working in the travel industry in 2026.
The survey is entirely anonymous and open to anyone who identifies as a woman (including trans women) working in travel.
The findings will be announced following International Women’s Day on 8 March.
