The acquisition will bring 30 homeworkers into TTNG's network, with agents continuing to operate under the Just Travel brand as part of ITE.
Launched in December 2023, Just Travel has rapidly grown its presence in the UK homeworking sector; as part of the deal, founders Michelle Sinclair and Vanessa Knights will join TTNG's homeworking head office team, reporting to Sales Manager Kai-Yin Knapp.
TTNG Chief Executive Gary Lewis described the acquisition as a "natural step" as the consortium continues to invest in its homeworking proposition.
"We are delighted to welcome Just Travel into The Travel Network Group," he said. "Michelle and Vanessa have built a strong and supportive model, and one that reflects the values we care deeply about: great customer relationships, quality support and helping businesses grow.
"This marks a real step forward in the tools and support available to our homeworkers, helping us build on ITE's strength and reputation while creating even more opportunity for our community to grow and succeed."
Sinclair and Knights said TTNG's technology offering and wider support infrastructure had been central to the decision to join the group.
"What really stood out was the technology; it's genuinely game-changing, incredibly impressive and clearly designed to make a real difference day to day," they said in a joint statement.
"That strength is reinforced by the training, marketing support and infrastructure behind it, creating a really powerful overall proposition. Having seen this, we both came away genuinely excited about what it can bring to our homeworkers and how it can help them grow their own businesses."
The pair added that maintaining Just Travel's "close-knit feel" remained a priority as the business enters its next phase under TTNG ownership.
"This move is about strengthening what sits behind that, including the tools and systems that support our people, so we can keep growing with confidence and provide even more support going forward," they said.
This follows the appointment of former Jet2holidays manager Lloyd Cross as TTNG's new Chief Commercial Officer, as the consortium positions itself for its "next phase of growth".
