TravelLab owner sells stake in agency's Frodsham branch to Buckley Travel duo

TravelLab owner Jai Porter has sold a stake in the agency's Frodsham branch to Buckley Travel co-owners Jacqui Bowring and Michelle Shone.

The Frodsham branch has been rebranded Frodsham Travel, with new branding matching Buckley Travel’s black and white palette. There has been no impact on staff at the shop.

TravelLab’s Stockton Heath branch remains in Porter's sole ownership, trading as TravelLab. Bowring and Shone, meanwhile, also run Hawarden Travel and Chester Travel.

Porter, who knew Bowring from their Freedom Travel Group days, told TTG he sought the deal to ease the pressure on him following some "devastating" personal news.
