Spring Hotels (S3-210) acquired Tenerife’s Mare Nostrum Resort in 2025, which brought Sir Anthony Hotel, Cleopatra Palace Hotel and Mediterranean Palace Hotel into the Canary Islands hospitality group's portfolio.
At WTM the group will showcase plans for a major refurbishment of the four-star Cleopatra Palace, which is located in the heart of Tenerife’s Playa de las Americas.
A year on from Spring Hotels’ Mare Nostrum acquisition, the group revealed that revenue at the resort has increased 19%, with overnight stays up 15%, representing more than 43,000 additional room nights.
Spring Hotels will also share news on upcoming developments across the wider portfolio, including a new Family Suites concept and enhanced family facilities at the five-star Mediterranean Palace.
