The cruise specialist agency brand has grown more than 70% over the past three years in terms of sales and booking volumes.
It now wants to attract experienced travel professionals who share its passion for personal service, expertise and creating exceptional holidays and have a minimum of two years' cruise sales experience.
Rhiannon Kilbride, Director at CruiseKings, told TTG: "We've had recruitment drives in the past, but historically we've had an 'always on' approach to recruitment. Our sales team doubled between 2019 and 2022 and we now have 60 Cruise Experts at CruiseKings."
Kilbride revealed CruiseKings has seen a 90% staff retention rate since 2019.
"We're not simply looking for good salespeople," she said. "We want people who share our passion for service levels and understand the detail and care about it getting it right as that will give clients confidence.
"We want to retain clients for their whole cruise journey. Demand is currently very strong and we're focusing on getting quality leads. It's important for us to deliver strong service levels because clients have a plethora of choices with whom they can book."
