Royal said the four-night fam sailing, which will take place onboard the line's latest Icon-class ship Legend of the Seas over 16-20 August, will offer agents the opportunity "to experience first-hand what makes Royal Caribbean the ultimate vacation choice".
The nearly 200 agents from the UK and Ireland will be joined by around 300 others from across Royal's EMEA region. They will take part in interactive training sessions and Royal Q&A meets to learn more about the ship and the sort of holidays the line can offer their clients.
There will also be welcome and farewell cocktail parties, as well as opportunities to sample the ship's programme of evening entertainment.

Aaron Langford, Royal Caribbean's senior sales director UK and Ireland, said he was "thrilled" to invite agents on board the brand's latest offering.
"Nothing compares to discovering the Royal difference for yourself, but what's more, this seminar will deliver value that lasts well beyond the summer," Langford said. "Agents will leave fully equipped with the tools and confidence to sell our holidays and convert customers."
Speaking at a trade event last November at Fulham Football Club's Craven Cottage, Langford said Royal would be inviting a mix of experienced and new-to-cruise agents to the event. Those selected will be contacted directly by a Royal Caribbean representative with details about their place.
