Sani/Ikos has pledged to “never try to migrate” agents’ clients, as part of an updated strategy to strengthen its partnership with advisors and operators.
The luxury hospitality group unveiled three new initiatives at its Directors Dinner last night, designed to demonstrate its “commitment to fostering strong and transparent relations” with trade partners.
The first measure introduces complimentary transfers for all Sani Suite Collection (SSC) and Ikos Deluxe Collection (IDLX) bookings.
“This is effective immediately, and we’ll also backdate it for any bookings that have already taken place,” said Lee Barker, regional director for sales and marketing at Sani/Ikos Group.
In a further move to protect trade business, Sani/Ikos confirmed it will honour a guest’s last booking channel, ensuring agents’ clients remain with their original advisors.
“We will never look to migrate any of your clients over to our business,” Barker added. “We recognise and respect the support you’ve given us, and we’re introducing strengthened policies and compliance measures to ensure that commitment is upheld.”
Finally, the group is creating a dedicated trade support team to provide a direct channel for partners.
“It will be a lifeline if you ever feel that parity [whether in pricing or policy] has not been maintained,” said Barker. “We’ll address issues swiftly.”
