Preferred’s Travel Advisor Portal allows agents around the world to make and manage reservations, prepare rate quotes and submit commission claims.

The new trade portal gives agents access to eligible rates when searching for properties, as well as exclusive offers and promotions for their clients. Agents can track their active and past bookings with Preferred through a My Insights section, which provides a range of data including unique hotels booked, total revenue and total room nights.
Other features include information on Preferred’s properties, as well as its I Prefer Hotel Rewards loyalty programme for clients.
Agents who are members of the Preferred Platinum programme will benefit from a dedicated search page, including automatic inclusion of Preferred Platinum rates when searching for hotels. They will also have access to the Small Social Group Requests service, which is managed by Preferred’s VIP desk for bookings of up to 15 rooms.
