Agent Paul Joyce, of Burnley-based Brulea Travel, worked alongside Citalia senior sales consultant Leanne Hall to secure the £57,000 booking for a 17-night trip to Sicily.
Joyce told TTG the customers had initially wanted a specific hotel, which eventually proved to be too expensive, and only with Hall’s help were they happy. “Leanne did very well in creating this reservation, and we’re very happy and very satisfied,” he added.
The hotel chosen by the family of four is the five-star Mazzaro Sea Palace in Taormina. Situated in the bay of Mazzaro, the 82-room structure has a restaurant terrace which offers stunning views of the whole bay, as well as a private beach and a saltwater swimming pool.
