The live event on 30 March will be hosted by C&M managing director Barbara Kolosinska from 11am. She will be joined by HR and talent professional Claire Steiner and Travlaw partner Ami Naru.
Topics will include challenges around talent leaving the industry, managing the return of staff – including hybrid working and contract implications; HR and legal changes; attracting and retaining talent; becoming an employer of choice; and onboarding and offboarding.
Other talking points will cover the importance of having an employer brand, travel recruitment predictions for the year ahead, and a discussion around "key players" within businesses.
The webinar is open to all travel industry professionals, and places can be booked now for free. TTG will be covering the event on the day.
