Not Just Travel (NJT) has appointed Danielle Dry as its latest business development manager.
Dry was previously a retail store manager with Barrhead Travel and has 25 years’ experience in travel, holding positions with Thomas Cook, Lunn Poly and Thomson, across retail, sales growth, coaching, mentoring and business development.
"I’ve been most impressed by co-founders Paul Harrison and Steve Witt’s motivation," Dry said. "The sheer scale of their passion stood out for me.
"They are both very open about their vision and strategy for the future and I’m excited to be a part of it. I cannot wait to share my industry knowledge with the travel consultants and help them move their businesses forward."
The appointment comes after NJT recruited more new travel consultants in the first five months of 2023 than it did in the whole of 2022.
Co-founder Steve Witt said it is expanding its recruitment drive to not only match the brand’s "rapidly" expanding consultant network, but also to provide "unsurpassed" mentorship.
“We already have the best support staff to consultant ratio in the industry but, as always, we look to improve on that. It’s the NJT way to continually improve our offer to members," he added.
