The accolade, new for 2024, recognises an individual putting diversity and equity at the heart of everything they do for the betterment of their companies and wider industry.
Past recipients of the award, in its previous form as the LGBT+ Trailblazer Award, include Celebrity Cruises’ former vice-president and managing director EMEA, Jo Rzymowska, Uwern Jong, founder of OutThere magazine and Chris Wright, managing director of Sunvil.
