Fred Olsen has put the inaugural season for new vessel Bolette on sale.
Bolette’s maiden voyage will be a seven-night Scotland and Northern Ireland cruise from Southampton on 5 March 2021. This will be followed by two further UK cruises before Bolette departs for the Azores and Madeira over the Easter break.
Bolette’s inaugural programme will include itineraries previously scheduled for Boudicca, with a number of new sailings added. It will operate predominantly from Dover.
Guests who book onto any of Bolette’s sailings for 2021 or 2022 by 30 September 2020 will have their tips paid and receive up to £100pp to spend on board.
Clare Ward, director of product and customer service, said: “Our new ships have been a long time in the planning, so it is great to be able to officially unveil our itineraries for Bolette today.
“Offering free tips and on board spending is our way of saying ‘thank you’ to our guests for their support, and to get them excited about enjoying the many new and wonderful facilities that Bolette brings to the fleet, from new specialty dining venues to an increased number of bars and lounges where they can sit back, relax and experience the joys of cruising once again.”
The inaugural sailing leads in at £699pp and calls at Belfast, with cruising by Fingals Cave; Isle of Staffa, sailing by Dutchman’s Cap (Bac Mor); plus Lerwick, Shetland Islands and Kirkwall in the Orkney Islands.
Other options are a 12-night Icelandic Wonders & Wildlife cruise, departing Dover on 3 June 2021, from £1,799pp. It includes an overnight stay in Reykjavík and a call at Kirkwall on the return.
A winter option is the 16-night Moroccan Discovery with Cape Verde cruise departing Southampton on 20 November 2021, from £1,799pp. It calls at La Palma and tours the Cape Verde islands before heading to the Moroccan coast, calling at Agadir, Casablanca and Tangier.
