The vessel is the first passenger ship of its size to undergo a programme of work at the shipyard for 63 years.
Bolette arrived in Falmouth on 23 February for a 13-day refurbishment, including maintenance to the ship’s azipods and bow thrusters as well a new application of underwater paint.
The ship, which can carry up to 1,300 guests, departed the shipyard on Tuesday (7 March) for Newcastle where it will be based for the spring and summer season.
The refurbishment comes after the line’s Balmoral completed a programme of work at the shipyard in May last year, which included steel inserts, ship side valves, tunnel thruster overhaul and underwater paint.
Peter Deer, managing director of Fred Olsen Cruise Lines, said: "I would like to thank the team here at A&P Falmouth for taking good care of our flagship Bolette during her time in dry dock.
"Our ships and our team have a longstanding relationship with the community of Falmouth."
