The Holiday Franchise Company has introduced a new platform to help franchisees share their fam trip experiences and newly-gained product knowledge with the business’s wider agent network.
Fam Trip Builder allows franchisees to highlight every element of their trip and then share them with their peers through the company’s Journey to Success e-learning platform.
“It was clear suppliers wanted to know how we would maximise the knowledge gained on fam trips," said The Holiday Franchise Company’s head of franchise Joanne Aldridge.
"So we wanted to showcase our commitment and thanks to them by creating technology to share this knowledge across our entire network."
The technology will also allow franchisees to give feedback to fam providers on how they found the trip.
