Roberts brings more than 20 years experience with her in tour operator product management, after previously holding product management roles with Thomas Cook, Page and Moy and Solo’s Holidays.
Reporting into Paul Mason, director of product and operations, Roberts will lead the product managers, the product support and the hotel contracts teams and help drive creativity and innovation across all four brands.
Mason said the new role will "further strengthen" the JG Travel Group’s product team and help the brand to deliver its strategic goals. "We are so pleased that Joanna is joining us as I know her extensive experience will be a huge asset to our business," he added.
"Our product offering has grown significantly since acquiring the National Holidays brand and Joanna’s appointment will allow us to drive our product development forward as we continue to create new and exciting experiences for agents to sell."
