Delegates at The Travel Network Group annual conference will spend the opening night on board three river cruisers sailing the Danube.
More than 500 delegates are expected to attend the Budapest event in March, which will take the theme of Beyond the Expected.
Three AmaWaterways river ships have been secured to host the welcome party.
TTNG chief executive Gary Lewis said: ““What’s so great about Budapest is the quality, diversity and authenticity that it offers as a conference destination, and we want to maximise our time there and give members an experience that they will never forget.”
He said 300 members had already signed up to attend the event, making it the fastest selling conference ever and was confident the conference will have 350 members in attendance and 520 delegates in total.
Details of speakers, workshops and other highlights will be released in the next few months.
Lewis said: “Getting the theme right for our conferences is really important as it has to reflect our strategic direction as a group. For 2019/2020 our vision and purpose is all about going further and delivering even more value for our members. ‘Beyond the Expected’ perfectly encapsulates the core of our proposition.”
The three-night conference runs from March 21-24 with the InterContinental hotel being the host venue.
